Back in 1952, my dad, Leon Schlough, started manufacturing a concrete stone product for construction veneers. Dad understood that customers drive the business. When his customers needed a better tool to split the stone, he designed one. Eventually, his tool company expanded to become the leading manufacturer of stone working equipment in North America.
