Specifications
Machine Production Capacities
- Process natural stone from split face or natural finish into thin veneer corners and flats
- Maximum 12" (40 Inch Diameter Blade) depth of cut.
- Maximum 16" (48 Inch Diameter Blade) depth of cut.
Arbor Spindles & Blades
- (2) 50HP Standard Arbor Drive Motors
- (2) Diamond Blades:
- (1) = 40 inch diameter (customer supplies blade);
- (1) = 48 inch diameter (customer supplies blade);
Belt driven Opposed Timken Bearing Arbors
- Timken offers the most extensive line of tapered roller bearings in the world. (Common off the shelf components that are easily serviced)
- Tapered bearings are uniquely designed to manage both thrust and radial loads on rotating shafts.
- Benefits: Enhanced performance in demanding applications. (as when plunge cutting stone)
- Belt driven Arbor provides a mechanical advantage that increases torque for more efficient diamond usage.
Machine & Material Movements
Powered Belt Conveyor:
Dual Synchronized Belts; (1) 12" wide x 15' long; (1) 12" wide x 17' long.
Machined Steel Slider Beds
- Provides a flat consistent surface for the conveyor belts to track on.
- Replaceable Wear Plate so the integrity of the machined surface is never compromised.
VFD conveyor drives, adjustable speed 0.5 to 10 FPM
Machine Control
Control Type:
Simple to operate Siemens touch-screen PLC control with System On, E-stop, and Pause Buttons.
Soft Start for the Arbor Motors
- Reduces the stress on the mechanical components during start up there by extending their life.
- Reduces the electrodynamic stress on the attached power cables and electrical distribution network in the customers building, extending the lifespan of the system.
Construction
- Designed and Manufactured in Minnesota with readily available parts from North America.
- Critical mating surfaces are machined to reduce stress on components and guarantees location when component replacement is required.
Heavy-duty structural steel plate, stress-relieved, precision-machined fabricated robotic weldment. Leveling feet provided.
Superior Corrosion Resistance – Pre paint treatment and superior paint application resulting in longer life of the machines, more up time, higher machine value, and ease of maintenance.
