Machine & Material Movements
Powered Belt Feed Conveyors:
Dual Synchronized Belts; (1) 12" wide x 15' long; (1) 12" wide x 17' long.
Machined Steel Slider Beds
- Provides a flat consistent surface for the conveyor belts to track on.
- Replaceable Wear Plate so the integrity of the machined surface is never compromised.
Stone Slide Discharge and Incline Belt Conveyor.
Stone slide plate allows stone to discharge to the incline belt conveyor for efficient material handlings.
- Finished Thin stone veneer can be packaged directly from the incline belt
- Re-saw material travel back to the operator for high thin stone yields
- Scraps/cores travel and drop into a waste bin at end of incline conveyor
Machine Control
Touch Control Type:Simple to operate Siemens touch-screen PLC control with System On, E-stop, and Pause Buttons.
Soft Start for the Arbor Motors
- Reduces the stress on the mechanical components during start up there by extending their life.
- Reduces the electrodynamic stress on the attached power cables and electrical distribution network in the customers building, extending the lifespan of the system.
Amp following of the Arbor Motors to control the speed of the main conveyor this optimizes production and ease of operation.
Contruction
- Designed and Manufactured in Minnesota with readily available parts from North America.
- Critical mating surfaces are machined to reduce stress on components and guarantees location when component replacement is required.
Heavy-duty structural steel plate, stress-relieved, precision-machined fabricated robotic weldment. Leveling feet provided.
Superior Corrosion Resistance Pre paint treatment and superior paint application resulting in longer life of the machines, more up time, higher machine value, and ease of maintenance.
