Park Industries’ ThinStone® TXS-4000 Series Veneer Fabrication Machines Available in More Models
Three blade size versions offer a better match to materialSt. Cloud, MN, April 2, 2009: Park Industries’ popular ThinStone® TXS series of thin veneer fabrication machines is now offered in three configurations. ThinStone® TXS-4000 Series machines can create thin veneer corners and flats from processed sandstone or limestone, either from split face or natural finish materials. The remarkable, revolutionary systems are designed to dramatically reduce production costs as well as significantly increase production capabilities.
The three machines share substantially the same base frame assemblies with differing blade set-ups. One version features a single 40” blade to produce flat pieces. The second version has twin 40” blades each driven by a 40hp motor. This model allows corners or flat stone veneer production. The third model offers one 40” blade and one 48” blade, each powered by a 50hp motor. With three versions, Park can more precisely match the production need of the fabricator.
Park’s new ThinStone® TXS-4000 Series thin veneer machines are a revolutionary approach to improving and increasing the production of thin stone veneer flats and corners. By giving fabricators a better, more profitable method of creating finished products, the ThinStone® TXS-4000 system is helping to make natural veneer stone become more affordable and more available for residential and commercial construction uses.
