The TXS ThinStone® TXS-5500 Veneer Fabrication System from Park Industries features twin blades that create thin veneer products from processed sandstone, limestone and other hard stones. Accurately. From soft limestone to the hardest sandstone or granite, the ThinStone® TXS-5500 Stone Veneer Fabrication System adapts to a variety of materials. Depending on the original stone size, you can ever rerun oversized waste stone pieces through the system. This effectively increases production yield, decreases material requirements and improves the overall profitability of creating thin stone products.

Operation is very straightforward. Simply position the stone on an in-feed belt conveyor. The belt speed can be controlled by the operator automatically using the touch-screen control unit. Finished pieces can then be boxed or palletized for easy shipping.
