Consistent. Precise. Easy to use. Easy to maintain. The Park Industries ThinStone® TXS-4500 Corner Saw makes cutting Thin stone veneer pieces more accurate and easier than ever. Flats and 90-degree corners can be cut from processed sandstone, limestone and other hard stones. As a companion machine of the ThinStone TXS-4500 Stone Veneer Fabrication System, the high-output TXS-4500 reduces veneer production time and expense while significantly increasing production capabilities and profitability. Consistency is key. The flat and corner pieces produced with the TXS-4500 Thin Stone veneer are cut to uniform sizes for easy application. And the TXS-4500 adapts to a variety of materials, from soft limestone to the hardest sandstone or granite.

The ThinStone® TXS-4500 is an operator’s dream machine. Simply adjust the vertical blade position and fence and feed the stone into the machine on a belt conveyor. Adjust the belt speed up to 15 FPM automatically with the touch-screen control unit and let the machine’s intelligent amperage control feature handle the rest of the work. Finished pieces can then be boxed or palletized for easy shipping.
