Consistent. Precise. Easy to use. Easy to maintain. The Park Industries ThinStone® TXS-4000 Corner Saws make cutting Thin stone veneer pieces more accurate and easier than ever. Flats and 90-degree corners can be cut from processed sandstone, limestone and other hard stones. The high-output ThinStone® TXS reduces veneer production time and expense while significantly increasing production capabilities and profitability. Consistency is key. The flat and corner pieces produced are cut to uniform sizes for easy application.

The ThinStone® TXS machines are an operator’s dream machine. Simply adjust the vertical blade position and fence and feed the stone into the machine on a belt conveyor. Adjust the belt speed up to 15 FPM automatically with the touch-screen control unit and let the machine’s intelligent amperage control feature handle the rest of the work. Finished pieces can then be boxed or palletized for easy shipping.
