Equipped with a powerful 27 hp motor and versatile 5-axis movement, the VOYAGER™ XP delivers precise cutting at virtually any angle. Easily perform 0–90° automatic mitering and curved blade cuts with the power and flexibility to tackle demanding jobs.

The VOYAGER™ XP features a separate spindle for incremental milling, coring, and leathering tools, allowing operators to cut sinks, perform radius work, and more right at the saw. Through-spindle water delivery extends tool life and improves performance, while a low-cost, replaceable spindle insert helps protect the motor from costly damage.

The VOYAGER™ XP's TightCut™ feature plunge cuts into the table’s lightweight concrete surface allowing the blade to make cuts tighter together on sharp 90 degree corners while minimizing the amount of incremental routing needed to finish inside corners. Nest parts closer to increase material yield upwards of 10%.

The hydraulic tilt table (optional) allows fabricators to more easily loads materials. This feature reduces slab breakage, especially when loading exotic materials. The single cylinder lift system has a load capacity of 2,000 lbs. The tilt table can also be retrofitted onto a standard non-tilt table at a later date if desired.

The VOYAGER™ XP makes cutting simple with an intuitive touchscreen controller and easy barcode scanning—just scan your cut sheet and hit go. Alphacam with Park EZ™ Buttons streamlines programming, while manual joystick or wireless pendant controls and laser-guided cutting allow operators to make quick, precise cuts at virtually any angle without programming.

The unique monoblock design allows the VOYAGER™ to be installed and relocated easily, with no special foundation requirements. In addition, the structural integrity of the VOYAGER™ results in incredible tolerances and accuracy. The small footprint and compact design is ideal for countertop fabrication, requiring minimal floor space and ceiling height requirements.

Automatic blade and tool measurement (optional) compensates for wear to maintain cut accuracy, while a height sensor detects slab thickness variations to ensure precise miter cuts. Together, these features reduce rework and extend tool life.

Key Features

The VOYAGER™ XP is a 5-axis CNC Saw, with the ability to move the X, Y, and Z linear axis and rotate the A and C axis; reducing overall program cycle times.

This design also allows for: continuous arc blade cutting, incremental routing, straight line profiling, faucet coring, 0-47° mitering and more, making it an extremely versatile machine.

The spindle motor on the VOYAGER™ XP provides 27 hp to cut even the hardest of materials like quartzite at faster speeds. Built to run at a higher amperage for longer periods of time, the VOYAGER™ XP can push tools harder and increase the throughput of the saw.

With a standard VFD, the spindle can run from 1000 to 6000 rpm. The spindle arbor motor on the VOYAGER™ XP easily adapts to high-speed tooling evolvements or new materials, giving fabricators the flexibility to grow their business with the changes in the industry.

The VOYAGER™ XP runs with the world’s most popular operating system, Windows 10.

The small footprint, single-pick, monoblock design of the VOYAGER™ XP is ideal. True unitized design with no bolt-on extensions resulting in extreme rigidity. The compact design requires minimal floor space and works well with low ceiling heights – only 10 feet tall.

Improving shop productivity and increasing slab utilization was the focus when Park Industries® integrated the TightCut™ blade plunging feature. Utilizing its powerful spindle motor, the VOYAGER™ XP plunge cuts into the table's lightweight concrete surface.

Tight Nesting & Material Yield - With TightCut™, less than 1” of clearance between adjacent nested parts is needed versus the typical 4” on CNC saws without this capability; giving you the ability to improve slab utilization. The VOYAGER™’s orthogonal cutting mode allows operators to cut manually in any direction at any desired angle, with a laser line to guide these simple manual cuts without generating a program. Positioning of the machine is controlled by manual joysticks on the HMI or a wireless pendant.

The VOYAGER XP fills all our needs and then some. We had been producing around 50 square feet a day before it, now we’re hitting 200 square feet a day with it. It’s been a gamechanger!

We bought the VOYAGER XP for a different reason than a lot of shops would. The main reason was for its ability to leather and hone slabs. It’s also our primary saw when we need to cut tricky materials or require miters with perfect accuracy.

The Voyager has been a game changer for us. It has made us more efficient and accurate, so we can handle more complex projects easily. Compared to before, our processes are much faster. This allows us to meet deadlines more quickly and deliver great products to our customers!

The Voyager is a great versatile & accurate machine. We bought this saw for a different reason than many shops would with the main one being for its ability leather and hone slabs. We have an older Park sawjet, but the Voyager is also our primary saw when we need to cut tricky materials or require miters with perfect accuracy. We also love the ability to run it in CNC mode or manual mode, as our custom work requires special manual cuts and passes. Lastly, it’s great knowing we can still run full production on it whenever needed.

Until now, we were doing everything by hand with a cutoff saw. With the Voyager, we’re giving the guys a safer place to work and our customers a better, more accurate finished product. This machine and the rest from Park have been the backbone of our operations.

Our typical square footage before the Voyager was about 220 sq ft per day, and now we are easily double that, maybe even triple. We cut 12 slabs a day on the VOYAGER™ XP pretty regularly. We couldn’t be happier.
