Our success depends on the team of associates at Park Industries – they are our most valued asset, and we’re not just saying that. To help us achieve world-class status, we foster a solid culture that supports our associates and their families. Above all, we share one common belief: great things can happen when we have strong, engaged associates.
A unique atmosphere that associates can feel and thrive in.
Built on a Strong Foundation
From its the beginning in 1953, Park Industries has always been focused on a strong company culture that treats associates and customers the right way, or as we like to call it the ParkWay. Learn more about the ParkWay and why we use a Crankshaft to symbolize our values.
Family Built and Focused
Since its inception, Park has always been a family-owned company, now in its third generation. Family is a priority here at Park and we offer flexibility to make family and work have the right balance. We also hold events and programs throughout the year to thank and engage associates and their families.
Company meetings held quarterly keep associates informed and engaged about business progress. Package this with a team oriented "in this together" approach creates a higher standard and quality of work. Each associate's input and feedback are valued and listened to.
Celebrations and Comradery
Company wide events like Holiday Parties, spontaneous lunches and socials, and retirement celebrations are very popular events with our associates where all can enjoy and socialize with each other.
Our System of Values
