Recap: Fabtech 2017
Nov 20, 2017
FABTECH 2017 was buzzing with excitement. A total of 44,935 attendees from 120 countries flooded into Chicago’s McCormick Place to celebrate North America’s largest metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing event. This year, Park Industries® exhibited at FABTECH for the first time. The KANO HD CNC plasma cutting system was the focal point of Park’s booth space, and it showed extremely well.
During the four-day expo, there were a variety of intrigued conversations surrounding booth #4088 at FABTECH 2017. Hot topics that were covered in conversations included: Park’s entrance to metals and reputation as an equipment manufacturer for over 60 years, the novel features on the KANO, and the legendary customer service Park provides. The looks on attendee’s faces and the comments made forecast that our machine will be one to reckon with in the industry. A number of people commented on the heavy duty, well-designed appearance of the KANO.
The expo had the most extensive list of education programs in its history, as well as a stacked lineup of expert-led panels and keynote presentations. One speaker among the list was Al Holst, Park Product Manager. Al’s presentation was on the history of the ever-changing plasma industry, and the important steps to take toward bettering your business to grow along with it.
Park Industries stood out prominently amongst the 1,700 exhibiting companies. This event was filled with excitement for new products. Attendees took an interest in the innovation of the KANO and the quality of support that stands strong behind it.
We are looking forward to FABTECH 2018 in Atlanta, and showcasing a new, expanded line of innovative plasma cutting systems.
Thank you to all who stopped by Park Industries’ booth this year!
