This guide will show you how to rebuild a 560P or 550P intensifier. You may need to rebuild the intensifier because seals are leaking or you have an overstroke alarm. If you have an over stroke alarm, make sure your incoming pre and post water filter pressure is good. Also check that you do not have leaks.
Note: The mechanical part of the intensifier videos will be the same as the Fusion Accustream/Hyprecision 50 HP intensifiers.
