This will help with remote connectivity to a Windows NT control
The Windows NT controllers no longer are able to connect over TeamViewer 5 or 6 due to TeamViewer deprecating the software versions. You won’t be able to access webpages on the Windows NT controllers either. USB sticks don’t open up for file transferring either. There is no remote desktop option as well. We need you to download TightVNC on your office PC and have a mapped network connection to the Windows NT controller to transfer the TightVNC software to the machine. Then run the install. You need to have TeamViewer 8 or newer on an office PC for us to connect to the office PC and then we will use TightVNC Viewer to connect to the Windows NT control at the machine and will be able to see the screens and complete tasks.
Upon installing TightVNC on the Windows NT control at the machine you will want to open TightVNC Server. This allows the office PC to connect to the machine with the IP address that is set/showing.
