Park Industries® Response to COVID-19

|

NOTE: This page will be continually updated to share the latest information surrounding what Park Industries is doing in response to COVID-19 as we move forward into a future that’s hard to predict and foreign to us all.

To Our Valued Customers

As we navigate through this unprecedented time, our priorities have been very clear:  focus on the health, safety, and success of our families, associates, customers, and community.

Minnesota’s Governor Walz announced a “Stay at Home” order for the state that began on Friday, March 27, 2020 and will end on Monday, May 18, 2020.

This order classifies Park Industries® as a “Critical Sector Work Exemption” manufacturer, which grants us permission to continue to remain open and continue to serve our customer needs.

Over the last few weeks, we have been working diligently to ensure the health and safety of our associates, including social distancing, limiting visitors within our facilities, and, wherever possible, our associates are working remotely, all while following the CDC guidelines. You will receive the same level of troubleshooting, customer service, and phone support you have come to VALUE, DEPEND UPON, and TRUST while maintaining a safe work environment for our associates!

Customer Service:

We are available to answer your phone calls, 24/7.

Parts Availability:

We will be available to assist you with your parts needs and have invested in maintaining a 500,000-part inventory to support your needs. In addition, we continue to work with our suppliers to assure that supply sources are available in the future.

Because of rapidly changing circumstances, this may be the time to consider stocking spare, consumable, and maintenance parts kits to ensure your business is strong and prepared.

Field Service:

Park Industries® Field Service coordinators will continue helping customers with preventive machine care as well as troubleshooting machine issues and, if needed, are available to perform customer onsite repairs.

Daily, we are assessing how COVID-19 is impacting different areas that we support. On a case-by-case basis, we will evaluate whether it is safe for our field service associates to travel. Travel may be restricted in some instances.

Customer Training:

We offer several alternate training opportunities to strengthen your skills including, online training, onsite training, and training guides (parkindustries.com/service-guides).

Machine Installations:

Park Industries® installation coordinators will continue to work closely with customers in preparing for the arrival of their machine installations.

Daily, we are assessing how COVID-19 is impacting different areas that we support. On a case-by-case basis, we will evaluate whether it is safe for our field service associates to travel. Travel may be restricted in some instances.

Our Commitment to You:

We are here to support you and are laser focused on the health, safety, and success of our families, associates, customers, and community.

The safety of our associates and the safety/health of your business is our #1 priority.
