PureFlow™

Reverse Osmosis System

The PureFlow™ Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems that Park Industries® offers features a compact free standing design, excellent pre-filtration and high quality components. Able to support 500 – 2000 gallons per day, the PureFlow™ RO system offers high performance, high recovery rates and low energy consumption resulting in greater savings and lower maintenance and operation costs.

PureFlow RO System-500-2000

Designed Specifically for Sawjets

Designed specifically for the saw/waterjet industry, these systems produce high-quality RO water at a rate that supports a 50 hp and 60 hp intensifier pump. The PureFlow™ RO system includes all the necessary parts and connections to seamlessly connect your water to your intensifier pump.

On-Demand RO Water

The onboard boost pump and accumulator found on the PureFlow™ RO systems, combined with the atmospheric tank, provide a readily available source of pressurized RO water directly to your system.

Optimize Water Recovery

The RO units are designed with oversized water filters and cold water membranes that efficiently and effectively process the incoming water while producing a 63% recovery rate. This means less water is going down the drain and more pure RO water is being sent directly to the intensifier pump.

TDS Meter

The PureFlow™ RO systems are equipped with a digital TDS meter for instant readings. This feature enables you to visually see the quality of the water being produced, and the blending valve allows you to instantly adjust the specified water quality setting.

How Does the PureFlow™ RO System Work?

Reverse Osmosis works by filtering the incoming water through a semi-permeable membrane, removing dissolved solids and hard ions from the water. The filtered water will feed the DynaMax intensifier pump for high pressure water.
PureFlow™ RO systems help protect your sawjet’s intensifier pump, like the DynaMAX systems.

Recommended guidelines

Water TDS Levels Treatment Action
High Quality TDS < 50 ppm No Treatment No Action
Good Quality 50 ppm < TDS < 150 ppm Softener Only Add a Water Softener
Medium Quality 150 ppm < TDS < 250 ppm

Softener or TDS Removal System (RO System)

Add a Water Softener & PureFlow™ RO System from Park Industries®
Poor Quality TDS > 250 ppm TDS Removal Add a Water Softener & PureFlow™ RO System from Park Industries®
