What is FreePower?
FreePower is a wireless charging unit designed for countertops. It allows users to charge up to three devices – smart phones, airpods, etc – within its glowing Halo. It’s sleek, surface-integrated tech and a great way for fabricators to offer something extra that sets their work apart. FreePower makes it easy for fabricators by providing everything needed: the DXF, tooling, brackets, and installation steps.
Made Easy with TITAN
A CNC machine is required by FreePower to do this type of work. The TITAN CNC Router, with its easy operation, 21 hp spindle, and precision machining, is the perfect solution for milling out the FreePower pocket.
To do this work on the TITAN you just need the proper tooling – a 50mm gauge wheel for roughing and a vacuum brazed bit for finishing . Then you load the part, just like you normally would, just make sure to add a vacuum pod directly underneath where the pocket will be for additional support. The TITAN can mill the pocket out as fast as the tooling can handle – in as little as 5 minutes.
