21 HP Spindle

The SPARTAN™'s powerful Quantum Belt Drive Spindle allows variable speeds ranging from 100-8,000 RPMs. The high-performance spindle is protected with ArmorShield coating and a spindle sensor shut-off protocol.

 

Exterior Edge Profiling

In addition to sinks, SPARTAN™ can profile and polish up to three exterior edges on parts up to 62" wide and 26" deep in a single setup. Operators can also utilize a two step setup for bigger parts. Ogee, bullnose, you name it.

Load N' Go System

The Load N’ Go system combines a patent pending pop up table design with allway rollers, bump stops, precision laser alignment, and built in vacuum cups. The intuitive system rapidly locates and securely holds parts, from small vanities to large islands and delicate mitered pieces.

Processes All Types of Parts

From small vanities to large islands, mitered or laminated parts, SPARTAN™ handles a wide range of sizes and applications. Its unobstructed 100" front opening provides easy crane access for larger, heavier pieces, simplifying part handling and keeping production moving.

Touchscreen HMI w/ Sink Template Library

SPARTAN™ features an intuitive touchscreen HMI with multilingual controls for easy operation. Built-in sink templates and parametric sink creation eliminate the need for CNC programming, while seamless DXF imports and an integrated job queue streamline workflows and maximize machine productivity.

Monoblock & Compact

A rigid monoblock, single structure design delivers exceptional stability and accuracy during sink and seam processing. This integrated build requires no special foundation and allows for faster installation with long term precision you can rely on.

Precision Helical Drive System

A precision helical rack and pinion system delivers smooth, accurate motion for consistent sink and seam processing. The design provides excellent repeatability and long term durability, even in high production environments.

Sink Template Library & Flexible Operation

Whether you’re fully digital or just getting started, SPARTAN™ makes sink processing simple – no programming or CNC experience required. With three ways to run the machine, you can choose what best fits your shop:

1. Use built-in sink templates from the sink library. Need help adding a template? Submit your sink DXF files to Park Industries® for clean-up and simple loading onto your machine for future use.
2. Create your own sink template in a breeze with the parametric sink function.
3. Already using Alphacam or a different CAD software? Use it to prep your sink DXF file for direct import into your machine’s sink library. Or you can send programs directly to the machine with Alphacam.

SPARTAN™ features a built-in job queue, so your team can stack jobs and always knows what’s next to maximize machine runtime.
