The TITAN®’s powerful Quantum Belt Drive Spindle allows variable speeds ranging from 100-8,000 RPMs. The high-performance spindle is protected with ArmorShield coating, a spindle sensor shut-off protocol, and a 5-year limited warranty.

The TITAN®’s table features a unique ArmorDeck composition that delivers 30% better holding power compared to CNC routers with aluminum surfaces. Aluminum tables can also compromise suction support through dents, pitting, and oxidizing, whereas the ArmorDeck table is nearly undamageable and maintenance-free with the best holding power.

Equipped with large tables on both the 4700 and 4800 models harness every inch of the TITAN®’s workspace to maximize machine productivity and efficiency. The TITAN® 4800 features an industry leading 8’ x 16’ work area – that’s 128 square feet of usable table space.

The precision ground helical rack and pinion drive has automatic lubrication keeping the TITAN® a low maintenance machine with optimal uptime. The innovative design of the bellow covers make it nearly impossible for water or mud to get on the rails, while still being easily accessible.

The laser allows fabricators to easily place the vacuum cups and parts in place. The green laser light offers higher visibility and new calibration feedback takes all the guesswork out, showing on the HMI station if the calibration is successful or not.

With up to 68 tool holders in its arsenal, the TITAN® 4000 series is ideal for having multiple sets of tooling on the machine and ready to run. This eliminates unnecessary time swapping tools on/off the machine for different materials or profiles.

At the machine, the HMI control station features a large touchscreen with simple controls and multiple languages, including Spanish. The interface offers easy, intuitive navigation & operation at the touch of a button. A light and audible alarm help notify your team of the program status.

Two Positioning Systems (Overhead Laser & Pin-Stop)
The overhead laser system utilizes a green laser for visual guidance, making it easy to accurately position vacuum cups and parts. Alternatively, the TITAN® control system integrates with standard Pod pin-stop systems for precise placements or streamlining repetitive part placement.

Available with 3 hp or 5 hp Vacuum Pump
Once the parts are in place, a 3hp vacuum pump motor ensures firm retention of parts and pods throughout the entire program. Need even more holding power? An optional 5hp vacuum pump offers additional suction power, making it ideal for higher elevation and ambient air temperature shops.

Sink Cutouts Button

Save time cutting out sinks with Park's Sink Cutout EZ button. This feature automatically places tools in order, drops them in the correct location, and pauses the machine to remove the dropped sink before polishing. Left Side & Back Away Walls (Optional)
The optional side and back away walls eliminate the need for an obstruction-free zone around your TITAN®, consequently reducing the overall footprint requirement. The back wall, equipped with a proximity switch, ensures an immediate machine halt in the event of the panel being opened. Elevate safety and efficiency with the TITAN® 4000 series by integrating these advanced options.

Laser Photo Eyes
For safety, laser photo eyes are placed at the front and back of the table, creating a Photo Eye E-Stop that automatically pauses the machine if the laser is crossed. The photo eyes are convenient for tool set-up and loading the table. Additional safety cables surround the machine for added security.

Water Containment & Protection
The TITAN® 4000 series offers water containment and protection throughout the machine:

Front and rear water troughs with drains to collect and channel water to floor drains.
Water containment panels (optional) to keep water spray out of walkways and channel into troughs.
Bellow covers and tool shield to protect critical components from water spray.

Our Titan 4700 has simplified and sped up our polishing production, while significantly reducing the amount of labor needed to finish tops. For quality, seams are important to us, especially with white quartz. The fit and finish of them coming off of the machine is amazing. The accuracy of this CNC machine is undeniable. Lastly, I haven’t worked a single Saturday since installing our 4700. It is producing so much square footage that we are getting ahead of schedule with ease. The benefits we’ve experienced have extended beyond just improving our process – there is less stress, more personal time – it has been wonderful. I am a Park shop, and always will be.

The Titans work well and increase production turn arounds

We have 8 TITANs! We needed workhorse machines. The TITAN®s clearly fit that bill.

When I started at Majestic, we already had two Titan 2700s in place. Since then, we have added six more Titan 3800s. Our machines run over 80 hours a week and their reliability is outstanding. The output of these machines is incredible and the ease of use is perfect for most employees. Park is only a phone call away with top notch advice and service help when needed.

We have been using Titan for over 7 years and we can recommend it to everyone. It is reliable and simple to operate. Works great for every edge and complicated drainboards or shower pans and stone sink bases, engraving, pocketing, and much more. Training for a titan is simple and you can turn every employee into a CNC programmer/operator. But the most important part is customer service.

We've been a Park Industries customer for 17 years. Park Industries machines are solid and put out a top quality product. Our Destiny is still producing tops daily after 17 years with the same quality as the first day we had it!

This is our 4th CNC router from Park. We've now run their Odyssey, Destiny, Titan 1800 (still running) and now the Titan 3800. These routers just get better with every new generation! Our 3800 with the high flow water kit just flys, we love it.

The Titan machines are awesome, we started with one and before we knew it a second one was already ordered. The most important thing is that customer service is as great as the machines.

We originally started using Titan products when we purchased our Titan 1016 (many years ago). Within the last year, we were able to add a high-flow water kit, and purchase new parts, even for this older model to make it run more efficiently. Over the years, we have been happy with the quality, customer service and product support of Titan. Within the last year, we purchased a second Titan 3700. The technology and advancements from one machine to the other are awesome. When you contact parts or service, they are very responsive and often send orders out same or next day. They also have maintenance plans so you can keep your machines up to par!

We have Titans throughout our Corporation in the U.S. and Canada, Park equipment is the clear choice for us because of their quality, reliability and customer service.
