Spindle #1: Edge Gauging Spindle

SlabBack Supports (Optional)
Support large material pieces with Peace of Mind® that your operation is running safely and efficiently. Secured to the machine and floor, the SlabBACK can manage large pieces up to 96 inches and can be retrofitted to all FASTBACK® models with a 10-foot ceiling height requirement.
INTUITIVE TOUCH SCREEN WITH MULTIPLE FEATURES
The FASTBACK® II is the only machine in its class to offer a programmable touch-screen operator interface for fast, simple machine controls. It is utilized for unique, useful features like Spindle Stagger, Polish Offset Pro (for Euroseam Pieces), Tool Life Monitoring, and more.
Heavy Duty Infeed/Outfeed Conveyors
Rugged conveyors with rollers and guide fence. The FASTBACK® II’s 7’ feed and discharge conveyors are the heaviest and most robust of any machine in its class to offer.
Exclusive ArmorShield Protection
A variety of components on the FASTBACK® II, including the conveyor drums and spindles, are impregnated with Park’s exclusive ArmorShield Protection. The ArmorShield Protection is a process that protects critical machine parts by enhancing corrosion and wear resistance.
Exclusive Spindle Stagger
Park Industries® exclusive Spindle Stagger feature allows the operator to adjust the point at which each tool engages and disengages with the leading and trailing ends of the material. This programmable spindle engagement & disengagement feature ensures consistent and total polish end-to-end, essential for tightly nested slab layouts.
Polish Offset Pro
The FASTBACK® II allows you to offset the point at which the spindles engage and/or disengage with the material. This allows the operator to run Euro Seam pieces through the machine.
Maintenance Pop-Ups
The FASTBACK® II maintenance popups automatically notify the operator that a maintenance task needs to be performed, via the touchscreen. For many of the maintenance items, the machine monitors the actual usage of that specific component by utilizing a variety of timers and counters that run seamlessly in the background of the program.
GREASE BANK
The FASTBACK® II new grease bank lubricates all spindles without having to remove the tooling. It also greases the oscillation bearings for optimal uptime.

- Optimized Oscillation
The FASTBACK® II Edge Polisher’s unique oscillating bridge design ensures higher overall polish quality. It utilizes the optimal amount of oscillation necessary to provide excellent polish quality with the least amount of gap possible. This provides a better “end to end” match up with material processed on a CNC router.
- Exclusive Armor Shield
A variety of components on the FASTBACK® II, including the conveyor drums and spindles, are impregnated with Park’s exclusive Armor Shield Protection. The Armor Shield Protection protects critical machine parts by enhancing corrosion/wear resistance.
