50 HP Motor

Power through hard stone with a 50 hp arbor motor. Soft start reduces startup stress to extend component life, while an optional VFD lets operators match blade speed to the material.

Whisper Sound Dampening

Reduce cutting noise with a sound dampening and containment system designed to absorb sound and create a quieter work environment.

Separator Conveyor

Keep finished pieces organized and production moving. The separator conveyor groups cut pieces and directs stone needing another pass back toward the operator.

Patented V-Belt System

Dual conveyor belts form a patented V-shaped cutting surface, using gravity to help hold stone securely as it moves through the blades. Vulcanized belts eliminate belt lacing for smooth conveying.

Spray Bar Washing

Wash freshly cut stone as it exits the saw, helping operators move finished veneer directly to packaging.

Simple Controls & Automatic Feed

Manage operation through intuitive touchscreen controls with troubleshooting tips and an hour meter. Belt Coordinated Amp Control automatically adjusts conveyor speed to the cutting load for efficient processing.
