Dual Arbor Motors

Two soft-start motors power production. The TXS-4500 DA includes two 40 hp motors, with 50 hp available. The TXS-4800 DA features two 50 hp motors.

 

Dual Blade Cutting

Produce flats and corners with two blades. The TXS-4500 DA uses two 40" blades for cuts up to 12" deep. The TXS-4800 DA combines 40" and 48" blades for respective cutting depths of 12" and 16".

Patented V-Belt Design

Two angled conveyor belts cradle the stone, using gravity to help hold it securely as it moves through the blades.

Heavy-Duty Construction

More than 15,000 pounds of fabricated steel provide a stable foundation for consistent sawing.

Simple Controls & Automatic Feed

Operating a TXS-4000 series saw is effortless. Simply adjust the vertical blade position, then place the stone or brick on the durable belt conveyor. Automatically adjust the belt speed to 10 FPM with the rugged touchscreen control unit. Another feature is the Belt Coordinated Amp Control (BCA) which automatically places production in a cruise-control mode, reducing wear and tear on the blade.
