HydroClear PRO 400 - Water Recycling System

HydroClear PRO systems clarify and recycle water to meet your shop’s production needs. Models 35–220 eliminate the need for a separate holding tank, saving floor space. For larger operations, the 400 delivers a sustained flow of up to 325 gallons per minute.

Set the purge timing and duration to automatically discharge settled slurry, helping keep the system running efficiently.

Monitor flow rates, water levels, and system performance through an intuitive touchscreen. The controller also supports chemical dosing and pit mixing automation. Standard on 95, 140, 220, and 400 models; optional on 50; unavailable on 35.

Inclined plate chambers help solids settle quickly for efficient clarification. The 400 uses honeycomb plates to reduce turbulence and remove up to 95% of solids. Tower finishes vary by model, including galvanized construction and two-part epoxy paint.

Precise coagulant dosing helps particles clump and settle faster. An optional second-stage feed adds flocculant on applicable models. The 400 features automated chemical dosing with touchscreen-adjustable settings for pH, bromine, and flocculant.

Sludge collection bags drain additional water before disposal. Each bag holds up to one cubic yard of sludge, with the 400 equipped with four sludge skids.

Keep solids suspended for slurry pump removal, improving chemical performance and reducing pit buildup. Available as an option on compatible models with the Advanced Controller; unavailable on 35. The 400 includes the water-powered Typhoon™ Pit Mixer, with the mechanical PitBoss™ mixer available as an option.

The HydroClear PRO series from Park Industries® includes an exclusive, 4 chemical system that manages coagulant, flocculent, bromine, and pH levels. Each of the chemicals are monitored and automatically dispensed to ensure that the water is in spec. This hands-free, worry-free system will ensure that you are delivering the high integrity water to your machines. Available on the HydroClear PRO Advanced Series.

The HydroClear PRO offers an all-in-one system, loaded with new upgrades:

HydroClear PRO Advanced Series - Features an Advanced Controller with an intuitive touchscreen monitor with real-time metrics (flow rate, water levels, etc), and much more.
Pit Stir System (optional) continuously stirs the water and eliminates solids from settling in the pit, removing the need to clean out the slurry pit.
A second Stage Polymer Feed (optional) additional tank and pump allows for dosing precise quantities of flocculant to the system.
Status Notification Light Indicator shows you, at a glance, how the system is performing.
Limited Ceiling Height Installation Kit (optional) for shops with low ceilings or cranes to work around.

We purchased a Hydroclear95 as part of our move to our new shop. Our entire shop is run off the Hydroclear...yukon, fastbak, voyager, titan, and hand polishers. Couldn't be happier with the quality and pressure of the water. We also eliminated the need of our laborers to clean our pits...Best of all it will pay for itself inside of 2 years in water bill savings.
