SABERjet XL adds several updates designed to simplify daily operation and keep more of the machine contained within its footprint.
Automatic lubrication now comes standard, while an updated tilt-table hydraulic system removes the need for the hydraulic pump to sit outside the machine footprint. Combined with standard automatic tool measurement, these updates help simplify setup, service, and day-to-day operation.

The Proven Power of SABERjet
The XL introduces major upgrades, but the core performance behind the SABERjet remains.
Its powerful 27 HP motor now comes standard with a VFD and a 1,000–4,400 RPM range, giving fabricators greater control across a variety of materials and applications. Advanced 5-axis blade and waterjet cutting adds the flexibility needed for straight cuts, complex angles, detailed profiles, and high-production work.
Fabricators can choose from three waterjet pump options, starting with the DynaMAX 350 Pump. For shops looking for predictive capability, 50 HP and 60 HP DynaMAX Predictive Waterjet options help provide greater visibility into pump performance and maintenance needs.
SABERjet XL also maintains the rigid monoblock construction of the proven platform. The single-structure design supports consistent cutting performance, simplifies installation, and helps shops return to production quickly when layouts change or facilities expand.
