Additional Protection to Safeguard Your Equipment

Designed Specifically for Sawjets
Designed specifically for the saw/waterjet industry, these systems produce high-quality RO water at a rate that supports a 50 hp and 60 hp intensifier pump. The PureFlow RO system includes all the necessary parts and connections to seamlessly connect your water to your intensifier pump.

On-Demand RO Water
The onboard boost pump and accumulator found on the PureFlow RO systems, combined with the atmospheric tank, provide a readily available source of pressurized RO water directly to your system.

Optimize Water Recovery
The RO units are designed with oversized water filters and cold water membranes that efficiently and effectively process the incoming water while producing a 63% recovery rate. This means less water is going down the drain and more pure RO water is being sent directly to the intensifier pump.

TDS Meter
The PureFlow RO systems are equipped with a digital TDS meter for instant readings. This feature enables you to visually see the quality of the water being produced, and the blending valve allows you to instantly adjust the specified water quality setting.

How Does the PureFlow RO System Work?

Reverse Osmosis works by filtering the incoming water through a semi-permeable membrane, removing dissolved solids and hard ions from the water. The filtered water will feed the DynaMax intensifier pump for high pressure water.
PureFlow RO systems help protect your sawjet’s intensifier pump, like the DynaMAX systems.
