Plate Design
The system include a unique, honeycomb, plate design. As water is forced through the plates, the honeycomb design reduces water turbulence allowing the particles to settle faster, which in turn, allows for more water flow. The honeycomb plate design removes up to 95% of the solids.
Chemical Dosing
Set the parameters and let the system monitor and adjust itself to manage pH levels, bromine, and flocculant chemicals. The chemical dosing parameters can be easily adjusted from the touchscreen.
Repress Pumps
Dual 15 hp Repress Pumps are included in the HydroClear PRO 400. With redundant repress pumps you have the confidence that you will always have the amount of water that you need to supply your shop.
Advanced Controller
The Advanced Controller found on the HydroClear™ PRO 400 system presents a real-time metrics dashboard on the intuitive, touchscreen display, allowing fabricators to quickly and easily monitor the system’s performance.
Typhoon Pit Mixer
The standard, Typhoon™ Pit Mixer uses high-pressure water to keep solids suspended in the pit improving chemical performance and reducing the need to clean your pit. The Typhoon agitates the water to ensure solids are in suspension allowing the slurry pump to remove particles.
PitBoss™ Pit Mixer (optional)
The PitBoss™ is an optional mechanical, blade-operated pit stir system that stirs the slurry pit water keeping solids suspended increasing chemical performance and eliminating the need to clean the pit.
Automatic Purge
The purge valve is set to the time and duration you select and automatically removes the slurry to ensure optimal machine uptime.
Environmental Steward
The HydroClear PRO 400 allows you to recycle 95%+ of your shop’s water usage and gives you the confidence that you are following the long list of regulations and ordinances as it pertains to industrial water usage.
