HEAVY-DUTY FRAME
The heavy-duty frame is fabricated with stress-relieved, precision machined weldments of plate steel to provide maximum durability and support.
The HYDRASPLIT® Stone Splitter is composed of an interior and exterior frame that work together to allow for underhead split action that helps for cleaner splits.
WEDGE EQUALIZATION
The wedge equalization system on the HYDRASPLIT® Stone Splitter is exposed for easy inspection and maintenance. The automatic split cycle has control of the split. The double-acting wedge rack cylinders contain shock absorbers. The dirt chip shroud deflects debris from the head to ease machine cleaning.
Intelli-Split Controls
The Intelli-Split feature of the HYDRASPLIT® Stone Splitter allows the operator to adjust both the speed and pressure of the split to optimize the split quality based upon the stone density. The hydraulic control valves control the machine. The bottom head safety limit switch is a safety feature to prevent machine damage.
Fingertip Controls (Optional)
Simple and convenient joystick controls to efficiently control the HYDRASPLIT are available at your operator's fingertips.
Material Handling Conveyor System
There are a variety of heavy-duty feed and discharge conveyors available for the HYDRASPLIT® Stone Splitter in different sizes with features like:
- Pop-up Turntable for Easy Stone Positioning
- Double Lift Bars
- Slotted Frame for Easy Roller Removal
- Hydraulic Lift Return
VENEER GAUGE (OPTIONAL)
The heavy-duty veneer gauge on the HYDRASPLIT® Stone Splitter is mounted overhead inrotary style. The gauge setting is adjusted manually with a hand crank, or with the powered option. 1 1/4” bore veneer gauge cylinder is designed to withstand the impact of larger stones.
The veneer gauge is engaged by the operator with the hydraulic control lever, and disengages automatically as the split starts.
Up to 300 Tons of Underhead Splitting Force
The HYDRASPLIT® Stone Splitter brings extreme power and precision with 300 tons of Splitting Force to make clean, accurate cuts in even the hardest of stones.
The underhead split design of the HYDRASPLIT® is easier on the conveyors because they do not have to support the splitting forces. The split action occurs from chisels above and below the rock to allow for a smooth split.
POWER UNIT
The power unit has a 100 Gallon hydraulic fluid reservoir. The hydraulic reservoir has a temperature gauge. The Stop/Start controls are at the operator location.
The power unit runs electrically with 3 Phase 240/480/575 Voltage. The hour meter tracks how long the machine has been running, so timely maintenance may be performed.

Our heat-treated and hardened high-carbon steel chisels produce superior splits every time. Our “dry wedge” chisel equalization system provides optimal chisel positioning for higher quality splits and less risk of chisels bending on hard stone. The narrow square chisels provide maximum contact with the stone surface for a cleaner arris line and minimum stone waste.

Clean & Consistent
The secret to clean and consistent cuts is in Park’s advanced underhead splitting action. Unlike other machines, the HYDRASPLIT® makes the split from the bottom. This focuses all the cutting pressure on the stone, not the conveyor. The result is a crisp cut with clean arris lines—all without needing to raise the upper head.

The automatic split cycle allows you to produce clean, quality splits 50% faster than other conventional overhead models. The automatic lower-and-lift system reduces the need to lift and reset the top head chisel with every split. Valuable operator time is saved.
