PARK PARTNERSHIP
Started in 2002 with the YUKON® Bridge Saw.
A Partnership from the Start
“Our relationship with Park started in 2002,” says Alan Jorgenson, CEO of Bedrock Quartz. “We were invited out to visit their facility, saw their machines being built, and toured a few shops. It was tremendously helpful for us as we were just getting started in stone fabrication.”

“That really pulled back the blinders,” Alan adds. “And we got to know a number of great people at Park along the way.” They began with manual machines like the YUKON Bridge Saw, which is still running today, before advancing into CNC technology. As Bedrock Quartz grew, Park remained a steady partner through every stage of their expansion.
Powerful Cutting with Park Sawjets
At the heart of Bedrock Quartz’s production are three Park Industries® two table sawjets: the JAVELIN, SABERjet XP, and FUSION. Each delivers fast, accurate cutting while helping the team keep up with high-volume demand.
The JAVELIN and SABERjet XP provide precise mitering across a wide variety of materials like Dekton and quartzite. This precision is crucial for Bedrock because 1/3 of their weekly production requires mitered edges.
“We love the JAVELIN. The power, the speed, the capability offers us everything we need,” says Shop Manager Dusty Stout. “The footprint of the machine overall, the table size, cutting envelope, and mitering capability allows us to cut anything with ease.”

Dusty continues, “The 45 degree capability of the waterjet is a game changer. This truly sets the JAVELIN apart. Its predictability and its accuracy are outstanding.”
With multiple sawjets running daily, Bedrock Quartz maintains consistent production and reliable results across both custom and large-scale jobs.

Efficient Throughput with a fleet of TITANs
With five TITAN CNC Routers in operation, Bedrock Quartz is equipped for high-volume output while maintaining labor efficiency. “I can operate our TITANs with just three operators. One programs and the other two swap tables to keep them running.”

“We love them. They’re very reliable and consistent,” says Dusty. “The table size is huge, something we really take advantage of. We pack those machines up. We maximize as much space on that table as we can and it results in a ton of production for us.”
Results That Keep Growing
With their Park equipment in place, Bedrock Quartz regularly produces 10,000 sq. ft. per week and can flex even higher when needed. Especially impressive, considering roughly 1/3 of their work is mitered and they produce a lot of Dekton, Porcelain, and Quartzite.
“We can flex up to 2,000 to 2,200 square feet in a day,” Dusty says. “You’re talking about a minimum of 40 slabs a day.”

This production scale supports Bedrock Quartz’s diverse customer base, including retail, builder, and commercial projects. Alan shares, “The machines’ impact on our business is primarily about reliability and about the team’s ability to get their job done well,” says Alan. “It’s amazing to see how we’ve grown and now no matter how big or complex a project comes in, it’s really no big deal.”
“The future of our shop is extremely promising, with this ecosystem we’ve been able to build – the machines, the processes, and the team we have in place,” says Alan.
A True Partnership with Park Industries®
For Bedrock Quartz, Park Industries® brings both reliable production and unwavering service to their business. Alan shares, “Their ability to provide us quality machines, fast parts, and great service that our fast-moving operation needs is unmatched.”

Dusty agrees. “Park Industries is service, service, service. No one is going to have anything bad to say about Park’s commitment to service.”
Alan conclude, “We like Park Industries and would recommend them to other fabricators. It’s a company with staying power, great people, and strong execution. We are proud to partner with Park Industries.”
