This is a step by step guide on how to replace the booster pump. This guide was made on a Dynamax 350 pump but the setup is similar to all the other pumps. Your booster bump needs to be replaced if it is not boosting the water pressure up to at least 40psi. Ideally it should boost it up to 80-100psi. These are the alarms you may see depending on what machine you are running.
1030: LOW INLET WATER PRESSURE
1054: JET INLET WATER PRESSURE BELOW 40 PSI
510104: House Water Pressure < 40 psi
Start by shutting water off to the machine and removing the water lines
Remove the three bolts holding the pump to the motor adapter. You will need an 11mm wench.
Remove the pump from the motor adapter. Be sure not to loose the coupler insert shown by the blue arrow. Use a 3mm allen wrench to remove the pump side of the coupler shown by the red arrow
Take off the fittings and put them onto the new pump.
Slide the coupler back onto the motor coupler. Line up the set screw with the slot and keep your allen wrench in it to keep it in place. Apply anti seize to the pump shaft and then slide the booster pump in making sure the flat side on the motor shaft is toward the set screw.
Tighten down the 3 bolts that hold the pump to the motor adapter. Once they are tight then tighten down the set screw to the pump shaft.
Attach the water lines again. Turn the water back onto the machine and you are good to run if your pre and post filter water gauge is showing 80-100 psi
