This procedure is to prevent the damage of the ruby or the diamond when installing a new one
Turn out the flow controls counterclockwise until they stop
Cut pressure (Top knob)
Pierce (Bottom knob)
Run the machine to a spot on the table where there is no stone
Start the hyd pump ,
Lower the nozzle,
Start intensifier,
Increase the pressure using the piercing knob (see pic),
Open the water
Increase pressure on this gauge to 10 thou by turning the piercing flow control clockwise
Open and close the water button 3-4 times,
Then increase the pressure by 10 thou until you get to your piercing pressure,
Turn in the cut pressure to 10 thou and repeat the procedure above until you are at 60 thou psi
