This guide is a list of steps you will want to go through to ensure your miter cuts are the correct size. This guide is created for Saber, Voyager XP and Saberjet machines.

It is important to ensure you have a good table top prior to doing these corrections. Replacing the rubber slats, slat holders, backer boards or milling your table down maybe neccessary.

Dialing the Blade A and C Axis

Z Offset

Blade touch off and enter the blade kerf

Calibrate the height sensor

Blade Offset Cut

TCP Calibration Square – Waterjet Machines Only

Run a test program to verify miter cut sizing is accurate.
