Ghosting Voyager and Saberjet XP with Windows 10/Hypervisor

This guide will show you how to ghost and reset the PC back to original parameters. Doing this will erase all data on your PC.

WARNING: THIS PROCESS WILL ERASE ALL DATA ON YOUR PC. IF POSSIBLE BACKUP INFORMATION FIRST! Be sure to go through entire procedure

With power off to the machine insert the USB device into the PC USB port. Turn power onto the machine and press and hold ESC. The BIOS MENU comes up. Select BOOT MANAGER. Note: If you do not get the Insyde screen to come up and are using a wireless keyboard you may need to use a wired keyboard.

Select UEFI OS (SanDisk) or appropriate Flash drive name in UEFI.

The PC will restart

Click OK to acknowledge.

Select Hard Disk Manager 15 Suite.

Select Restore

Select Next.

Select to Look In the Removable Disk

Select your Voyager or Saberjet archive file. It will be the one with the long number after it.

Select Next

Verify the Basic GPT Hard Drive is selected and select next

Verify the Windows (C) drive is selected and select next.

Do not select any boxes on this screen. Just select next.

Select Yes, apply the changes physically and select next.

It will show this image while it overwrites everything. This will take 20-30 minutes.

Once complete select finish.

It will bring you back to the Paragon Hard Disk Manager menu. Select shutdown.

Once it fully powers down, turn off power to the machine for a minute and power back up. It will boot back up into Windows. Select shutdown and once it fully shuts down again you can power the machine off for a minute again.

Power the machine on again while holding the Esc key. This will bring you to the Insyde program again. Select Setup Utility.

On the left select Boot.

Select Boot Type.

Select UEFI Boot Type.

Select Add Boot Options.

Select First.

Arrow or scroll all the way down and select EFI.

Select EFI again.

Click the arrows on the right of P1: BR Hypervisor and move it to the top of the list. Then select YES.

Select ESC or Exit.

Select Add Boot Options.

Select Auto.

Select F10 or Save and Exit.

Select Yes.

The PC will now boot up into the BR Hypervisor OS. It will look exactly like the Windows OS from earlier. One difference is when its booting up there will be a couple of screens that pop up when booting in BR Hypervisor. We need to be Booted in BR Hypervisor for the machine to function properly.

Now the the computer has been restored to the factory settings. Please call Park and have your backup file and PLC loaded. Note: You should also make sure Windows updates and Windows defender is turned off.

Once you get this far call Park to have your backup loaded. Double check that your Teamviewer is working. Park Industries also recommends to turn off your Windows updates and firewalls.
