In this video we discuss 45, 55 and 65C temperature alarms and the things that should be looked at to prevent these alarms. This will cover looking at the cooling water loop and heat exchanger. These videos are for Dynamax Predictive 550P/560P pumps and Dynamax 350 (Echion) pumps.

Dynamax 350 Series

45C Hydraulic Temp Alarm

This video will go through testing the temperature probe in the hydraulic tank. When this alarm is present it is typically an issue with the sensor, cable or electrical fuses in the cabinet.


55 or 65C Hydraulic Temp Alarm

In this video we will show how to check your water cooling system to make sure it is adequately cooling the hydraulic oil.



Predictive 550 & 560P

45C Hydraulic Temp Alarm
