Advanced task, requires high degree of mechanical/electrical experience. Recommend Park Tech to complete.

This procedure is how to install a metal goretrac on the double table fusion. Verify that the gauge up top of the machine is at 0 this verifies that there is no residual pressure in the lines.

Move the machine in between the 2 tables and shut off the disconnect on the intensifier. Shut off the power on the wall and use lock out tag out procedures before proceeding to the next step

Roll out the new metal goretrack on the floor (you will need to shorten it by 1 link) Use t 15 torx to remove the top cross bar on each link

Verify that there is no residual pressure in the hp lines . The big gauge up top of the machine should be at 0

Remove the top crossbars on the old plastic goretrac and discard . Be careful to not tangle all the cables (secure temporarily with cable ties) You may have to remove the high pressure line on the top manifold (follow lock out tag out procedures) in order to be able to remove the mounting bolts on the mounting brackets. Remove the old goretrac and install the new metal one

Install the new metal mounting plates (use the metal plates as a template to drill the mounting holes) Align the 2 rear holes to the front of the 2 prepunched holes the bracket and use a 3/8 drill bit ,drill the 2 other bolts holes. (use 2 bolts and secure the plate down and then drill it) You need to do the same for the bottom mount. The metal goretrac is slightly shorter than the plastic goretrac

Install the cables according to the diagram (secure them with cable ties to hold them up in the goretrac) The dividers are directional so verify that they are in the correct position before installing the crossbars

This is the bottom of the link ,it is inverted as the goretrac rolls ,install the dividers at a 45 degree angle and then bend back and they will click into place

Verify that the dividers are installed correctly and then bolt in the cross bars. Use a 4 ft level and verify that the bottom and the top of the goretrac is aligned

Top and bottom of the goretrac must align

Power back up the machine and run all the way x + and x – slowly and verify that the goretrac is running in the center of the tray bolted on the floor

Run the machine x-and x+ verifying that the goretrac is aligned in the center of the tray, you may need to adjust the top and bottom mounting bolts several times to get the goretrac to run in the center of the tray.
