There are two different ways of performing the miter offset. One way is using the embedded program on the Javelin which will mill down the material to 3CM thickness and then cut two miters. The other way is to use an Alphacam program with two miters and not mill the material.

A note to fine tuning your miter sizes. If you need the part to come out larger, you adjust the miter offset number more negative.
