Nozzle Broke Temporary Bypass

If you have the nozzle broke alarm but the nozzle is not broke then the prox could be bad. This guide will show you how to bypass the prox until you can get a new one. This guide was made on a Javelin. Your setup may look a little different.

Saberjet 1035: Jet Nozzle Broke

Javelin 700155: Jet Nozzle Broke

Fusion 510006: Nozzle is Broke

NOTE: If you run with this bypass in place the machine will not know if the nozzle does break and it will keep running even if it does break. Replacement prox part number 70001401

Remove the prox cable from the prox by unscrewing the knurled nut.

You will need to bend a paperclip in a U and and insert the paperclip into port one and four. Be sure not to let the paperclip touch any parts of the machine.

Your bypass should look like this.

You can check that the bypass is making connection by seeing if the alarm clears or looking at the diagnostics screen. Here is where the input is on the Javelin. The indicator should be green.

Here is where the input is on the Saberjet. The indicator should be green.
