This guide will show how to replace the water union for the TITAN 2K & 3K series.
Remove water and weep lines from the water union
Remove fittings in water union. Incoming waterline fitting has an 3/8″ allen wrench socket inside the fitting for removal.
Remove anti-rotation bracket
Remove draw bar air cylinder by removing four 3/4″ bolts.
lift cylinder straight up to remove, use caution so not to disturb draw bar sensor
Remove water union using provided wrench to hold draw bar stationary.
water union has reverse threads!
Reassemble in reverse sequence.
