Automatic Purge Valve
An automatic purge valve is utilized by the HydroClear™ Water Clarification System. The slurry controller automatically purges according to user set time and duration.
Tower with Fast Settling System
The HydroClear™ Pro Series offers a durable tower design with Inclined Plate Chambers for Fast Settling. All Pro Series systems are galvanized, except for the 140 and 220. The 140 and 220 are available in 2-part epoxy paint.
Advanced Controller
Advanced Controller featuring an intuitive touchscreen monitor with real-time metrics (flow rate, water levels, etc), and more automation capabilities (pH system, Bromine system, pit sit, etc.) to the system. This comes standard on the 95, 140, and 220 models. Optional on the 50 model and not available on the 35 model.
All-In-One-System
The Pro Series all-in-one design eliminates the need for a separate holding tank saving you precious floor space. The HydroClear™ Pro’s unique design allows the slurry to rapidly settle and can accommodate up to 170 gallons of water per minute to your fabrication shop.
First Stage Polymer Feed
The tank and pump allows for dosing precise quantities of coagulant to the system. The coagulant promotes clumping of the particles, which in turn allows the system to settle the solids faster. Four gallons of coagulant treats approximately 1 million gallons of water. A Second Stage Polymer Feed is available for dosing precise quantities of flocculant to the system.
Sludge Skid
The sludge is de-watered further, so that it can be later discarded. The bag inside the sludge skid can hold up to a cubic yard of sludge.
Pit Stir System
The Pit Stir System stirs the water to ensure that the particles are in constant suspension allowing the slurry pump to remove the solids from the pit. This option eliminates the solids from settling in the pit, which eliminates the need for cleaning out the slurry pit. Advanced Controller is required, not available on 35 model.
