Style of Table

Heavy-Duty. Value-Priced.
Park Industries® water cutting tables are designed for heavy-duty production. They offer cutting with high definition plasma to 2” thick and oxy-fuel cutting to 4”. Our water tables feature the ability to adjust water level with pneumatic valves that either add or remove air inside a sealed lower steel chamber called a “bladder”. Our tables include removable slat frames to allow the frame and slats to be quickly replaced as assemblies. Removable slag trays are located below the slat frames to allow the slag in the table to be quickly dumped when table cleaning is required.

ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES OF WATER TABLES
ADVANTAGES | DISADVANTAGES |
Lowest cost style of cutting table | Cutting aluminum on a table with an air bladder poses an extreme explosion hazard |
Good fume control when the water level is near the bottom of the plate | Water on the plate and machine components can cause them to rust |
Best table design when water is used as the shield flow for cutting stainless | Reduced cutting speed when water level is near the bottom of the plate |
Reduces plate warpage | Increased dross possible if water level is near the bottom of the plate |
